The ProStart Club is  a Career Technology Student Organization.  We meet to plan competitions and fine-tune our culinary and management skills.  There are 25 members this year and we compete about once a month against each other and in April we participate in a statewide competition.  Winners are awarded scholarships.  We have chef mentors from the community who work with us.
